I am implementing the product for our clients.
  • End to end HRMS features that eases the workload at HR departments.
  • Smoothly integrates with Microsoft Office and SharePoint intranets.
  • Enables HR departments strenghts.
  • Includes a Learning (LMS) platform.
  • Doesn't support SharePoint on Office365.
  • Performance reviews should be more customizable.
  • Paperless HR management
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Increased HR insight
The company should have an HR department with a manager who takes ownership of the system.
