Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using LastPass for Business across the whole organization. It was tested by 3 team members before introducing it to the rest of the organization. At the time, we were tightening our IT security and requiring the team to update their passwords. With LastPass, we can create a variety of complicated passwords without the risk of forgetting and getting locked out of applications.

Pros

Safely stores passwords.
Allows you to categorize websites and add notes to their profile.
Requests user authentication before auto-filling passwords.

Cons

I haven't come across any challenges so I have no opinions either way.

Gave our team a sense of security.
Created a more efficient login process.

I wasn't involved in the software evaluation process so I don't know what other apps we tested.

Scalability

LastPass for Business is working really well for me. It has allowed me to create harder passwords to protect my accounts. I trust the application with my most sensitive information.
