Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

I use LastPass for Business in order to manage passwords for any service or product I signed up for. It's extremely handy when you have so many passwords, and it helps keep me organized. With what I do, I needed this product so I wouldn't have the daunting task of trying to remember all the passwords. I love that it updates any password changes with ease. In the event I do forget it, all I need to do is go to the LastPass portal, click on the "Launch" button to go to the website I need to go to, and it automatically logs me onto that site. When it comes to how often I use this software, I use it daily. I daily need LastPass to do tasks such as composing training, updating e-learning platforms, gathering online tools for consultation purposes, knowing any direct website sub-links, going on online portals to update any certifications needed, etc. There were a few times I forgot the main password to log in to LastPass for Business. Imagine that, lol. No problem. All I had to do was click on "Forgot Password," follow the easy resetting process, and I'm back in business right away.

Before using LastPass for Business, I checked out 1Password to research its capabilities, but I didn't use it. I have to use Avira Password Manager for small-business certification and re-certification purposes because a small-business certifying entity requires it; Avira is easy to use, but it doesn't have the smooth flow that LastPass for Business has. Before it was discontinued, I used McAfee One Time Password as part of my antivirus software purchase. It worked very well, but it wasn't easy to manage.
I'm a company of one, and LastPass helps me with all the moving parts of my business. It was really a Godsend when the pandemic first hit. Like many small businesses, I was in the midst of wondering how my business was going to survive, how I was going to pivot, to what were the best online tools to use to pivot. I cannot tell you how happy I was to know that with everything that was going on, scaling was less of a burden with LastPass. Going to so many websites to apply for this small-business grant application, creating passwords for so many websites to apply for financial assistance, so many blogs and other websites to generate a password to upload info to promote your business, and the list goes on. In the event tasks involve reporting, updating business information, converting documents and audio files to be uploaded, I can rely on LastPass for Business to remember all those passwords.

I haven't had much of an experience as far as needing support. Nevertheless, I will say that LastPass for Business has a very thorough FAQ section. I've checked on that a lot. Whenever I had doubts, had questions, wasn't sure how to do something, I just checked out the FAQ. Currently, at this time, my support has been the FAQ section. I'm glad that in case I do need support beyond the FAQs that it's available.

As previously mentioned, it's great for anyone small business owner like myself who has to visit many websites on a daily basis and who also has to have a password for just about every website. Gone are the days of having a paper backup; using LastPass for Business helps reduce the stress and busyness of my life. It's one of the automated online tools that I'm glad to provide me the option to export my information if I want to print a paper copy or save it on my computer. I'm happy I have the option to import information to be saved. I find LastPass for Business the best, and I haven't finished learning all the features yet. With the easy navigation of LastPass' website, the features aren't hard to learn, and video training is provided.
