Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

LastPass has been incredibly helpful for my team as we work in project management. Anywhere where we have created an account (e.g amazon) or need to have the business card to hand it has helped the workflow. We can easily share info securely (no more sending photos of bank cards over WhatsApp!) and easily. It's also really helpful whenever anyone leaves the company, they can send all the passwords from accounts the new starter may need so there's no hiccup somewhere down the line. It saves time with logging in too frequently used platforms too!

I have not used any other digital system like this- but I have worked for places that stored passwords on spreadsheets!
I think it's a great bit of software as our team expands, I love it! However, I do wonder how it'll manage if it were to scale up even larger. The sharing of multiple log-ins is still manual at the moment, it would be great to make that slicker and quicker as it can be a bit tedious. A check box click makes more sense than having to start typing something for an item to pop up.

I think it's an incredibly helpful bit of software that does exactly what it's set up to do, I don't know why my previous employers haven't purchased it! It feels like safe software to use and is a helpful and intuitive extension to the browser that doesn't get in the way. I appreciate that it'll request to store info whenever you make a new account somewhere, so there's no manual delay in typing it in somewhere. Being able to share card details and general notes of info as well as a great feature.

LastPass was really helpful when one of our coordinators left. It gave us time to go through everything they were an account manager for and send over all the login details before they left. Even things such as the code of padlocks and alarm systems could be shared on LastPass which made for a smooth handover with the new starter.
