Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We currently use Lattice to conduct all of our reviews as well as offer praise to other employees. We do reviews on a quarterly basis so we use the system quite a bit. We are also supposed to track all of our goals in the system as well. Our Culture Team relies on it quite heavily.

- I'm not sure about the specific numbers but the random culture surveys have caused our executive team members to work on improving overall work-life.
