We used Lattice to not only set our own performance and goals, but to also write public recognition for those of your team and other teams and they help you accomplish something.
- Easy to use.
- Well built UI Interface.
- Setting goals for yourself.
- Giving private recognition.
- Giving public recognition.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to give praise.
- To keep you accountable to your goals and make them public.
- At first he doesn’t make sense to fill out but after time does hold you accountable.
- As I mentioned before it’s a great way to have positive interactions to show public restroom fashion in your company.
- I’m not familiar with the cost but it seems like a good software and I enjoy using it.
