Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

We use lattice for goal management & performance reviews - from self-reviews to peer feedback & upward reviews. It allows us to keep track of the goals we set on a quarterly basis, clearly track our progress towards completing them - and then easily evaluate our performance as well as the performance of our peers bi-annually to aid in our growth/development & also helps provide recognition for a job well done.

  • It's helped keep everyone accountable for meeting their sales goals which over the last year exceeded quote by 119% for my particular team.
I don't remember the name of the specific product that I used previously, however, Lattice is the best performance tracker that I've used in comparison to the tools used at my previous jobs - some of which were more manual created a heavier lift for the user.

Lattice is one of the best performance management systems that I've used at any employer. I think it's easy to use & makes it all the better to ensure goals are tracked and performance reviews happen in a timely manner.
