Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We started using lattice to manage our Pulse surveys and OKR's in a single place. Since then we have started using Lattice for 360 degree feedback, 1:1s, weekly updates and for growth paths.

Lattice has helped keep the company aligned when the employees use it correctly.

At the time lattice allowed us to move off these two systems and use a single service. Both Gtmhub and Officevibe were better tools but having a single sorce of trueth for our employees was more important. Since then Officevibe has caught up to Lattice and I can see it being a meaniningful competitor in the future.

I find lattice to be an incredible tool and because lattice can be used for so many diffrent things it helps get teams to the system more and more over time. My biggest concern about lattice is the cost. Lattice is not a cheap tool to implement and pricing does increase. More templates for all their products would be great too. I would love to see lattice provide more value to their exsisting clients especially as competition starts creaping up on them in this space.
