Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
We use Lead Forensics for warm leads for our Business Development Team. We are in a very highly competitive field so we were looking for a way to assist our team. We were very happy with the results we have received and the implementations that Patrick and Tyler put into place for us.
Pros
- Listening to the customer and adjusting to their needs.
- Having a well trained staff based off a companies needs.
- Responds to our questions and requests very quickly and our account manager Patrick is the best I have dealt with in a long time with a vendor.
Cons
- Intake for new clients could be a little smoother.
- Better onboard training.
- The visits are amazing, and we use that data based off the parameters we have set up on the backend of the platform. We have companies that have been on our website over 120 times and that is just one company. We have met with this company, and it turns out it is a much bigger need with 5 different locations.
- We use the pages visited to help determine the top five client's we want to pursue. This has been a positive for us in actually targeting possible prospects.
- The only negative I have is the onboarding needs to be a little better. This platform has so many great areas and ways to track that are adjustable for your company. You can customize almost anything you want in your targeting.
- Our Customer Success Manger Patrick is a rockstar and has been a wonderful manager for us. He has an amazing knowledge of the platform and working on any requests we have.
While we looked at ZoomInfo, we never actually used it because it didn’t appear to provide the level of website visitor insight we were looking for. We currently use HubSpot for tracking website visits, but Lead Forensics stacks up a thousand times better when it comes to identifying exactly who is on our site, what pages they are viewing, and giving us actionable contact information tied to those visits. The depth of data, usability, and immediate value it provides far exceeded what we could get elsewhere, which is why we selected Lead Forensics.
