Overall Satisfaction with Lead411
We use Lead411 in our business development department to help us learn more about our target markets. It gives us insight so we can better serve them.
- information is accurately the majority of the time.
- the platform is easy to use.
- Once you unlock contacts, it would be nice if they are removed from the search section. This sometimes leaves you trying to scroll for some time before you see new contacts.
- It would be helpful to have a do not include filter in the advance searches. Sometimes the searches are so broad it makes it time consuming to look through each contact.
- It has given us the ability to learn more about our contacts and how to better serve their needs.
Lead411 is nice because we have control over the searches.
