Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it to target new leads and existing business prospects. We are trying to introduce our brand and identify real-time opportunities. It makes it much easier to manage campaigns than with our current CRM. Our goal is to generate sales so new business is what we are going after.

I am early in my use so this is difficult to measure yet.

I think the customization is better and the initial training was much better.
