Overall Satisfaction with LeadFuze
By department, primarily for lead gen but it doesn't deliver on that requirement at all. The data is so far out of date (I mean years) that it isn't worth using the search criteria to gain leads.
- Finding companies.
- Campaigns.
- Their data is deplorably out of date. Getting 95%+ bounce rates. Leads identified are poor quality as is the search criteria. On doing a banking search over 16 banks, it found only 12 contacts across 2 banks with CX or digital transformation contacts. All the emails bounced.
- Negative as it hasn't provided any ROI at all.
Pearlfinders is up to date and comprehensive with its reports and refreshes its data every qtr. They provide much easier targeted data and also on specific projects that are hot. It's more about deeper rich content that just lead gen. It provides a reason to call, not just a mailshot approach.
