Use Cases and Deployment Scope

LearnUpon is being used in my organization as a learning tool to teach and guide new hires and individuals who need to be brought up to date on concepts or new software. It is used by various departments but not all to my knowledge. We also use it to renew employees on training for concepts or software.

Pros and Cons

Knowledge on various topics
Modules are pretty straight forward
User friendly

Notes section could be more compatible with mac.
There needs to be more time in between sessions.
Better look back ability from modules.

Return on Investment

Made training easier
Not too pricey per individual
Useful for larger employees

Alternatives Considered

I have used not too many other systems like LearnUpon, but the other one I feel that would be similar would be the ACE system. I prefer LearnUpon a lot better because just communicating to the employees is much easier in my opinion and I feel that LearnUpon is a lot more user friendly.

LearnUpon is well suited for scenarios where you will need to train a large number of employees or even new hires on specific software or topics. it can be used for the company website like navigating through it or even software we all use similarly to teams. It can also be good for training employees on HR topics like Harassments and integrity.
