We got a very good experience. It is very user friendly to use. It has good UX/UI. Easy to use. We have used this across the whole organization. It can be easily integrated with your software or you can integrate as plugin. It has saved support and training cost of our organization as well as it helped our organization to increase productivity.

This is best for client support and training. We have used this for training and support. We have given 24/7 support to our client through the resource library. The tooltips features helped a lot to train the client. Through this you don't need to go to client place for support and training. We have satisfied our client by using Lemon learning. I particularly appreciated the push feature that allows interaction with our end users.
