Really like using Less Annoying
Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I use Less Annoying (LA) to manage contacts, track sales leads and house documents such as proposals, purchase orders and contracts. I also use it for client notes that I reference over time, and task management to schedule next steps with contacts or clients.
Pros
- Easy easy new contact, company and sales lead entry. Intuitive, easy to read and used. It's clearly designed with the salesperson in mind. There are not a lot of extra functionality that's not needed.
- Very easy to run reports, use filters and download reports
- Every time I've needed customer support it has been fast, effective and very friendly.
- At $15/seat it's a great price for a small business
- It's very easy to send an email from LA and have it captured in the contact profile. Much easier than when I've tried to do the same in Salesforce.
Cons
- A couple times I've not been able to remove a document from a profile. I'm sure it's possible but it wasn't obvious when I clicked the document. There wasn't a delete option for example.
- Easy to reach ROI because it is low cost.
I did not like Salesforce because it was over engineered for what a sales person. The cells were too small to read easily when entering contacts. There were lots of irrelevant cells in the contact form. Required fields (I know this was our administrator) were excessive and not always having the information led our team to enter dummy info resulting in inaccurate reporting. Good customer service was not available with our package.
