We use Less Annoying CRM with two different instances, for client companies and contacts, the other for tracking our subcontractors.

It was a great product that stood out as easy to learn and implement for what we needed. As an administrator, I have been able to build and customize pipeline and custom fields for users without these tasks taking up too much of my time. It's also been easy to adjust the product as we discovered new uses we had not considered when we first began using it.
I always receive quick answers to questions, and I have been very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, and attitude of everyone I've come into contact with at LACRM. From the President on down, I've received great feedback on questions and concerns and a thorough explanation of capabilities of the product and ways I can use it to track what we need to track.
Less Annoying CRM is an excellent introductory product if you aren't using a CRM. It's also ideal in situations where one of the more complex CRM's is overbuilt for your use-case. It is very easy to customize and import clients and contacts, and to build pipelines to track client requests, recruiting of contractors, and other unique uses. We have a pipeline built to track individual client class-sessions for our railroad training. This allows a powerful way to track the schedule of a class as well as billing details and instructor assignments.
