Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

We are currently using it for our customer service team only, with hopes of implementing it to a larger group. We have started using it for new hire training, but the primary one so far has been pushing out product updates and announcements for customer service agents. This addresses the problem of pulling agents off the phone in order to get training and allows them quick access to previous learnings.

They've been wonderful, no complaints.
Lessonly is quite a bit more user friendly than either of these softwares, but they are used differently. The other ones I have used were primarily for SCORM courses, where Lessonly is not great for SCORM courses, but it can be used for that. Overall, I think Lessonly is better for quick, easy, on-the-go training.
Well suited for quick information such as product updates and new product rollouts.
Less appropriate for full hands-on learning where there is not a demo/test environment, and you're using live data.
