Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly
The Operations Team in my company decided to implement Lessonly to do the onboarding of new employees and for knowledge retention in general. At the moment, only Operations use it, but other departments are considering using it too.
- The search feature is excellent.
- You can record your screen.
- Creators sometimes forget to set an expert for the Lesson. I wish we could set this as mandatory before publishing.
- Formatting the text could be a bit simpler, specifically changing the font color.
- Money & time saved due to the mixing of virtual and in-person training.
- Team members are more productive and make fewer mistakes.
Lessonly was our top choice because it was the only one who had all the features we were looking for.
