Overall Satisfaction with Lexis Advance

It is used as our primary legal research tool. Case law, shepardizing, court ruling, etc. It is also used for corporate and personal searches.
  • Natural language search
  • Skip tracing
  • Navigation of the system
  • It takes too long to use for research
I prefer Westlaw's offerings.
I have not needed their support.

For the purpose of legal research, there are multiple platforms available with two big players. It is a matter of personal preference as to which one works best. Lexis, from my standpoint, is adequate but I prefer the offerings of their competitors.
