Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We are currently looking at using Lifesize Video Conferencing to enhance distance learning and virtual field trips for students as well as a tool for staff to communicate and collaborate in small groups.
- Easy to use
- Less "IP based" and more "people based" on surface
- Smaller product categories than other companies make choosing the right product easy
- Currently no view only mode for conferences via web browser
- Would like more roles available to be assigned to users rather than just admin vs. user

Not Sure - We had additional support for hardware just in case, but felt not need for a premium support service as the standard support was more than adequate for us.
No - Never experienced a bug to report
We had some issues early on with trying to determine the cause of the call freezing and was quickly connected to a video call with a tech to help diagnose this.
