Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing

In just one day we were able to deploy the solution in all our offices. The Lifesize phone works great in large conference rooms, and is very easy to install. Our IT team had no major problems to install the system.
In our company we are running projects with teams scattered all over the world (U.K, India and Portugal). We need a simple and quality way to conference with each other. Standard products were not enough, since most of the time, connection was poor. Lifesize allows us to join people in conference rooms with a dedicated video device, as also with people in the field, using simple laptop cameras and microphones.
We can easily schedule a meeting with our team in India.
  • Great video and sound quality, even when using low LTE connection
  • In our company we use IBM Sametime, especially the managing team, which is compatible with Lifesize, having all contacts in hand.
  • Our development team communicates with Slack, which can integrate with Lifesize conferencing capabilities.
  • Meeting management should be easier.
  • Recording of conferences should be included in standard package.
  • Sometimes in video conferences it is useful for other users to assume another's screen control. This is a feature present in many other systems that should be also present in Lifesize.
Good for communication where connection is unstable, like India. We need to be in contact all the time to manage small teams' work, and therefore integration and quality of communications is very important, especially when the language can be hard to understand.

Lifesize support is one
of the best features in this kind of product. With other products we usually
need to search and find solutions in public forums.

We have a considerable size installation in
countries where communications are not as good as needed, but with the help of Lifesize support
team we were able to easily make the better configurations in
order to use the maximum of the available network.

Everytime we have a problem with a device there is allways someone on the support team available to help us. Great Support Service!
