Overall Satisfaction with Liftoff

We're using Liftoff to run our ecommerce sites. The back end will allow our clients to review reports at will without us having to create them and the interface allows for collection and processing of orders so that we can manage inventory and send the information to our warehouse for the pull/pack/ship process.

  • Customer service is strong but they have been inundated lately which means responses are sometimes slow
  • Custom deployments take a while again because they are so behind

  • Less double data entry thanks to the uploads
  • Easier to use interface allows our staff to just work on the job rather than trying to figure out how to work on the job
  • Allows us to scale more easily instead of relying on a one-person developer team
They are very similar actually. What I like about Liftoff though is that we don't have to use 3rd party applications to do what we need which can add up super quickly. If we are in need of customer service, the staff is knowledgeable about everything since the functions are native functions.

I think for mainstream ecommerce, the sites are super quick to spin up, easy to use, and fit the bill for most asks. The challenge can be when you need something more customized. I think they have the ability to basically do anything you need but they don't necessarily have the bandwidth to get it all done when you need it.
