Overall Satisfaction with Lighthouse 360

patient communication, appointment reminders, requests for reviews, filling appointments, recare reminders

  • We have to stay on them when we need a change implemented
  • we are not able to make changes ourselves to the automatic messages

  • positive: gotten more patients in the door
  • negative: sent out the wrong info before because of a glitch in the system
Lighthouse does not offer as many features as NexHealth which is why we are making the switch to NexHealth currently. Solutionreach was not as good as Lighthouse.

For a smaller practice that does not need a lot of customization it might be great, but for a bigger company that is focused on branding and adding extra bells and whistles, it is limited.
