Overall Satisfaction with Linkedin Recruiter
I use LinkedIn Recruiter to find candidates to screen for my client business. The tool helps me accurately narrow down candidates based on location, years of experience, level of education, job title, skills, relevant industries and other keywords that enable me to find great candidates. It also syncs with my company's recruiting database to keep track of candidates.
- It allows me to look for relevant industries
- It groups similar titles together on certain job titles
- It lets you set a minimum and maximum for years of experience
- It connects with my company's database
- When I send connection requests and notes, I can't see the outgoing message I sent before they accept.
- There aren't diversity filters
- The industries are not all-inclusive
- It provides a great number of seats for our company's users
- It yields a great number of results by scanning their huge database
- The results are generated very quickly so it increases efficiency
SeekOut has a diversity filter, which I like. They also list some candidates that are not on LinkedIn, but ultimately SeekOut routes me to LinkedIn. So technically SeekOut allows me to screen for filters that LinkedIn does not, but I actually end up using LinkedIn recruit to manage and communicate with the candidates.
