Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is used by the entire business development team and our CEO at our company. We utilize Sales Navigator to help with our entire prospecting process including industry analysis, company research, list building, prospect outreach, and communication (via LinkedIn Sales Navigator InMail). Sales Navigator has been a great way for us to develop a list of companies that fall within our ideal customer profile, and once we've built that list, we can then use Sales Navigator's great filtering and searching capabilities to get us the ideal prospects we would like to reach out to from our ideal customers list.
  • Sales Navigator has a very robust search engine based on a custom filter a user sets up when they first sign up for the premium subscription.
  • Sales Navigator's news feed of top updates from your saved leads and accounts is a great way to see the information your target market cares about. This intel is a great way to get an existing conversation or start a new conversation.
  • Based on your existing connections, as well as desired accounts and leads, Sales Navigator recommends a list of top people to connect within the Discover section of the site. This is a great time saver and recommends people/companies that may have slipped through the cracks of our prospect planning.
  • I receive updates on my saved companies workforce size, which has no relevance to what I need to use Sales Navigator for. Not sure if this is cross-referenced with another premium version of LinkedIn, but its useless.
  • I wish LinkedIn would track information on what technology a company uses and provide that in the overview summary of the company.
  • Sales Navigator Inbox and the regular LinkedIn inbox are different inboxes, which can get very confusing. This also leads to confusion with how many InMail credits have been used per month, and how many are remaining.
  • Although expensive for a monthly subscription, I've already seen the data I get from Sales Navigator help me reach out to prospects and close deals. 400% ROI at least.
  • Sales Navigator saves our sales team several hours throughout each week as we build out prospect lists.
  • Sales Navigator provides more accurate data than Data.com, so this has improved our ROI in our overall tech stack.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is heads and shoulders above its competitors. The only feature that is missing is the ability to see critical contact information about a saved lead, such as email or phone number, but that's why LinkedIn Sales Navigator is much more affordable than other tools available in the market. LinkedIn Sales Navigator has far superior advanced search filters, allowing me to get to a targeted list of ideal prospects much faster than any other tool I've used/evaluated in the past.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is great for any sales team and sales rep looking to build out prospecting lists and maintain relationships. It's an extremely effective tool in social selling. If you already have Data.com, Zoom, and other tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator may be overkill, but I honestly think Sales Navigator beats out other tools and is updated more frequently.
