It is used by HR to find competent candidates. It enables us to find talents from all over the country which is especially useful during the age of COVID-19. It also provide us a platform to communicate and we can send email directly to the mail box and also profile review happen on LinkedIn without resume.

Easy to access and use compared to other platforms.
Easy search option and filters applied to the search is very convenient.
Interface is easy to use.

It is only on LinkedIn so you will have to have a LinkedIn account to apply.
The application does not allow you to customize the dashboard.
