Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
It helps us source and keep up to date with other recruiter interactions with candidates. It has been used by all of our recruiters. And it helps us in the sourcing process and networking as well as documenting, keeping track of interactions and separating them by project, making it easier to go back to candidates.
Pros
- Provide updated resumes and contact information.
- Great search engine
- Easy to use system
- Keep track of interactions with candidates within our organization
- Provide a wide variety of contacts, from very junior to very senior
- Project management, helping us separate jobs and assigning them to coworkers
Cons
- More InMails per subscription, find it too little for the price.
- Provide last updated date for profiles.
- Payments malfunctioning, was trying to pay for a particular's subscription and it was impossible for a couple days.

- It has help us reach a wider spectrum of candidates which translates in an increased ROI.
- Networking is great in the platform and have broaden our reach.
Although we still use some of the products listed above, LinkedIn has taken the top spot in our recruiters search, as it provides a great source of resumes, the features to be able to connect directly through the platform and the ability for us to file and document interactions with this prospects.
