LinkedIn Talent Solutions has helped us a lot. It serves a vital role in our work. We find those candidates who are actively looking for a job change and are not much interested to update their status on job portals. Here in LinkedIn, one can interact with employees of the company from most senior to any level and of any department directly by simply connecting them in your network or by sending in emails. One can find actively candidate looking for a change and you can view their certificates, work done, education, discuss the role. Unlike other job portals, you can interact and create your friend/network list with people of your concern. You can raise concerns with any product and services of any company like Twitter and other social networks. as per my opinion if the LinkedIn talent solution improves the filter applied for candidate sourcing this will be great. Also if they can add an option of the best time to contact and best way to contact to open to a work candidate. In short, this is the best platform for me for sourcing candidates.
