Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

In our company, Litmus is used by the newsletter team. We use it to test client newsletters across different browsers we don't have access to on physical devices. We also use Litmus in analytics to implement the tracking pixel functionality to see open rates across email clients and devices.

  • Cannot reorder or sort folders in emails section
  • Testing to make sure emails look good on devices/email clients we don't have physical access to
  • Time saved on manual testing
  • Easy to use--getting new developers involved with email development
  • Good documentation and technical support makes overcoming roadblocks quicker and easier
Looking into the benefits of connecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud but have not done so yet.
Litmus helps make sure emails look good on the most used email clients, and makes approval processes faster to get emails out the door on time.
We use this feature to collaborate on internal newsletters during the approval process, and when there are issues sending test emails (recipient not receiving the email, client using a 3rd party we don't have access to, etc.).
I have not used products like Litmus elsewhere before.
Litmus is well suited for testing commercial and transactional newsletters; implementing tracking pixels to test open rates across email clients and browsers/devices; and collaborating and commenting on newsletters.
