Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Our clients have issues with it comes to email deliverability so we use it to test various aspects of their emails or suggest they use their own account and help them interpret the results.

Pros

  • Easy to understand results.
  • Can help answer deliverability issues.
  • Can help prevent issues by tipping off where emails may fail.

Cons

  • Easier to integrate with bulk ESPs.
  • Generally, I like the system and wouldn't change much at all.
  • It provides deeper visibility into email deliverability and problems that may arise or have arisen.
We send messages to Return Path from our ESP but would like to integrate it directly with the ESP.
Email on Acid is the other system that I've used that is similar.
I suggest Litmus to all of our clients who have deliverability issues and care about the topic.
