Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We are using Litmus only within our department to track our e-mail campaign performance. It helps us evaluate the current and optimize our future campaigns. Besides seeing the analytics of individual e-mail campaigns, there is also a general overview section that shows you the performance of all campaigns within a certain period (e.g. last month). It's builder tool is also very helpful in the content development phase of the e-mail campaign, so is the spam testing tool.

We are planning to use Litmus with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in the future.
We can evaluate what kind of content works best within our campaigns. We were able to shape some of our newsletter templates to have better performance results.
We are not using the proof feature yet, but it seems like a very impressive tool from what I've seen so far.
We tried using HotJar in the past, but failed to implement it.
Litmus is very useful for tracking and analytics of our e-mail campaigns. It shows the open rates, read rates, device use, geographical location etc. It doesn't track link clicks though.
