Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Our marketing team uses Litmus across the globe to address our email review process. Instead of sending test emails to multiple users, we use Litmus Proof to streamline the review and edit process.

We don't utilize the metrics very much but it's interesting to see the data that Litmus can pull.
We use commenting and public Proofs to expedite our review cycle. The approval marker is a great addition as well. You can also edit directly in Litmus and reflect those changes in the public Proof.
We have email campaigns that sometimes require 5+ reviewers before launch. Instead of sending each reviewer an email test and collecting individual feedback, we instead create a public proof and send out the link to all reviewers to add their feedback. This has reduced hours of editing and allows users to cross-collaborate.
