Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Litmus is an email marketing platform that helps me and my company on a day-to-day. We like to use this platform to collaborate with each other as well as with some of our clients. There [are] also many insights that I and my fellow colleagues are able to use, which has increased productivity for the company as a whole. Overall, the biggest business problem this product addresses is communication and productivity, and it has improved in both areas.

We have integrated Salesforce within Litmus, as we have seen the most usage from this. Within Salesforce, we are used to [the] collaboration of projects and connecting with clients externally. With Litmus, we have seen a boost in collaboration as it provides more features to indicate different projects to our clients as well as communicate which products and deliverables have been finished.
Multiple email engagement and performance metrics [have] really helped our marketing strategy because we know exactly what to pinpoint and where we are going wrong. Marketing is essential to our company's performance and with Litmus, we have successfully been able to deliver on our promises and marketing goals from within the company and externally. Our numbers have boosted and overall, it has been a very positive experience.
My team and I have definitely used marketing emails to streamline email approval workflow and reduce review cycle time. [The] biggest way we do this is by creating a team task list to understand what needs to be done and what we can check off. This has really helped with productivity as we know what everyone in the team is doing and are able to better help those that could not necessarily complete a task.
Workday is something our company uses for time entries and the learning portion for different [pieces of] training that we go through. We integrated Litmus with Workday to better be able to understand metrics of the amount of time that is logged in as well as the amount of training that employees go through, which has helped us pinpoint who needs necessary training and how to function better and more efficiently as a company.

Some scenarios where Litmus has suited our company is when we are communicating by email company-wide or even within our teams. They have proved to be very accessible and easy to use when connecting with fellow colleagues. With that said, we have found it a little difficult to reach our clients using this platform from different organizations. The difficulty in this communication has only happened a handful of times but works very well otherwise.
