Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
My team and I code out our emails and use custom design. We mainly use Litmus as part of our QA process. We use a QA checklist in our campaigns and always check rendering.
Pros
- Render
- Customer Service
- Ease of use
- Tracking pixels
Cons
- I cannot troubleshoot within Litmus because our code gets "warped" as it's sent over.
- Troubleshoot design
- Picks up certain errors in our code that could effect our deliverability
- Better deliverability improves the overall health of our companies comms
We use Litmus with our internal CRM team. It is part of our QA process where the team must check renders. Our stakeholders do not review our comms in Litmus.
I have only done a demo with return path. They did have great software for deliverability and overall ESP health. Litmus's rendering functions is more robust that Iterable's, which is why our team decided to keep using it.
