Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We use LogicMonitor to monitor all of our client network devices and virtualization hosts. This product allows us to react to issues immediately and identify problem areas for our clients.

We are monitoring approximately 600 devices. We deploy a collector to each of our client networks on a CentOS VM and we have a single pane of glass view in the portal of all networks. We monitor networks throughout the US.
It is extremely easy to deploy and maintain. If a collector VM was to fail, it is easy to stand up a replacement.
It has provided deep visibility through SNMP monitoring and Netflow data which has allowed us to reduce time to resolution.
