Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

We use [LogicMontior] to monitor our large call center and network devices. We have several MPLS links, and LogicMonitor provides usage analysis so we can easily tell if there is a network problem.

  • You have to pay extra for the really cool functions but that is the case with every cloud solution.
  • [LogicMonitor] insures that if our webstite is unreachable that we will be notified immediately.
[LogicMonitor] is geared more for the enterprise organization, where Netcool is more for service providers.
Very knowledgeable, and quick to respond.
We have two data centers, some infrastructure in the cloud, and a large call center. Monitors about 200 devices/
We had several sessions with tech support that moved us right along from one set of devices to another.
We got rid of a managed service provider that was costing us several thousand dollars per month, and decided to monitor our own devices with Logic Monitor.
Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), Cisco Webex Meetings, Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series Switches
[LogicMonitor] really works well for us so we don't have to have someone monitor out network devices, and spend more time implenting solutions and less time fixing problems.
