Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
LogMeIn is utilized by everyone across our company in different ways. People can connect back to their own PCs when working remote. Our support people can connect to clients' servers and workstations, and we share our access with our clients who need access back to their own computers and networks.
- Reliable connection.
- Easily configurable.
- Secure connection.
- The price has increased steadily. When I first used it, it was free. Now they want an arm and leg for even 500 client PCs.
- Because of reliable connections via LogMeIn, if clients have issues on their servers, we can connect instantaneously without any issues, compared to some other solutions.
TeamViewer is a much faster connection, but doesn't seem as secure. LogMeIn has one ability that the rest do not have, which is that it can share connections to PCs to other users.
