Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to access computers across our organization and in other organizations remotely. It enables fast, efficient access from around the world without having to go onsite. It is available from PCs and mobile devices, giving a lot of flexibility. We also use it to securely transfer files between locations.

Usability

Overall it is very easy to use, but a few features are sometimes hidden in the interface if you don't know where to find them.

Reliability and Availability

It rarely seems to be down due to issues from LogMeIn.

Alternatives Considered

UltraVNC - UltraVNC is free but is not as easy to set up across a firewall.
TeamViewer is also very nice but would be more expensive for us.
Mikogo offers good multi-user screen sharing.
Chrome offers remote access but does not have as many features.
