Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We use LogMeIn Central to help provide IT technical support all employees, local and remote.
Pros
- Remote control and screen sharing.
- Virus Monitoring.
- File system access.
- Service management.
Cons
- More granular licensing options to allow for fewer users but more functionality for the same cost. We only use half of the license count but could really use the features on the next licensing level.
- The solution significantly saves us time when troubleshooting technical issues and reduces end-user frustration by allowing us to work a problem directly.
