Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

We use LogMeIn Central to help provide IT technical support all employees, local and remote.
  • Remote control and screen sharing.
  • Virus Monitoring.
  • File system access.
  • Service management.
  • More granular licensing options to allow for fewer users but more functionality for the same cost. We only use half of the license count but could really use the features on the next licensing level.
  • The solution significantly saves us time when troubleshooting technical issues and reduces end-user frustration by allowing us to work a problem directly.
There are some areas that could be a little more intuitive, such as reporting, but overall the software is very easy to use.
I cannot remember a time when the system has been out of service. It is a very reliable platform and much better than any of the competitor solutions.
LogMeIn Central is a very powerful tool for remote support and end-user access to their office systems while away from their desk. It also allows us to monitor local virus status and system services. We find the solution works very well in almost every network/internet speed scenario.
