Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

I've been using LogMeIn Central for 10+ years, and it is only used by myself. It is only used for remote support to customers.
  • Remote support.
  • Ability to assign user licenses to customers.
  • Pricing for B2B, managed service providers, and support companies. Big gap in pricing between 100 users and 250 users, no in-between tiers available.
  • I have seen no ROI on the investment as it's a cost of doing business supporting my customers.
It's not perfect, but it's better than most on the market. Pricing is too expensive for B2B services and there are many other alternatives with same options for far less money.
Good software for IT support companies.
