Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
It's being used to help troubleshoot any computer software or networking issues throughout the whole company.
- Remote access to all work computers from anywhere that I am at.
- The ease of use from my computer, iPad or iPhone.
- The ability to schedule and install Windows updates simultaneously.
- The antivirus module is a great feature.
- A NIST 800-171 Cyber Security compliant feature would be nice to have.
- I have been able to resolve all network issues remotely and quickly.
- The only negative experience I have is when I can't turn a computer on remotely. This feature doesn't always work for me.
- It's great not to have to go to each computer workstation every time someone has software issues. I can handle all troubleshooting right from where I am as long as I have WiFi and a device to use to log onto.
