Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Resolve
We use LogMeIn Resolve to help our customers troubleshoot issues using the available remote support tools. Both instant remote support and camera share have saved both our team and customers waiting on support due to travel time and scheduling. We are able to help them out the moment they need it so they can get back to doing what they need to do for their businesses.

- More flexibility with customizing the agent dashboard
- Change the support interface to make simultaneous remote session a bit more accessible on the left-side menu
- Include detailed instructions on the agent's screen when helping a Mac user run through all the necessary permissions needed to connect
- LogMeIn Resolve has increased productivity for our support teams with the addition of camera share. Not only are we able to remote into workstations, but with camera share we can utilize end user and customer phones to visually see physical setups to troubleshoot some situations on the fly.
- Unattended support now requires the agent to enter in a signature key as an extra layer of security before accessing a device, which further improves the safety of all devices registered for unattended.
Remote access and management is a huge benefit to our industry. It allows us to respond much quicker to end user and customer needs, in turn boosting their own productivity and satisfaction. Without these tools, support times would be extended due to the need for scheduling and travel to address these same issues that may only take several minutes.

LogMeIn Resolve has a much cleaner interface to organize assets and initiate support sessions than other platforms used in the past.
