Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Resolve
I use LogMeIn Resolve to provide remote support to end-users mobile devices. Our devices are located in host facilities that IT does not have physical access to.
Pros
- Easy guided remote support tool.
- Helpdesk ticketing and tracking.
- Provide remote access to mobile devices (iOS).
Cons
- Improve clipboard copy/paste usability.
- Quick helpdesk support response.
- Improved productivity.
- Saving money using iPads versus PCs at locations.
We only use it for remote support. It has met our needs to support mobile devices whereas we could not support them prior.
