We use LogMeln for remote troubleshooting, IT support, and helpdesk operations across the organization. These applications enable us to quickly connect to user machines without consuming a significant amount of time.

- Need to improve UI design, difficult for new users.

Instead of using different tools for chat, voice, and remote, LogMeln has everything that makes support operations work better. They can quickly manage devices and fix the problem. In general, it has improved collaboration and reduced incidents.
