Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Resolve

We use LogMeln for remote troubleshooting, IT support, and helpdesk operations across the organization. These applications enable us to quickly connect to user machines without consuming a significant amount of time.

  • Need to improve UI design, difficult for new users.
  • Improve connectivity on a lower Internet speed.
  • Reporting

  • Reduced downtime.

It's easy to navigate the applications and works for day-to-day operations and support.
Instead of using different tools for chat, voice, and remote, LogMeln has everything that makes support operations work better. They can quickly manage devices and fix the problem. In general, it has improved collaboration and reduced incidents.
LogMeln has one-stop solutions and reduces multiple tool needs. Integrations with 3rd party tools like Teams & Outlook.

Using LogMeln, we can quickly connect to users over remote to fix any system or network-related problems without disturbing users' tasks. The application takes a long time to respond when network connectivity is low.
