- Support was nice and helpful during all the steps of setting up everything
- Easy to understand and user-friendly software
- Possibility to file both VAT for EU and sales tax for the U.S.
- Only English, Spanish, and Chinese versions of the software--would be great to add more translations
- The support team is available only during working days
- No search option of specific transaction uploaded to the platform--only by date
- Great quality product with not expensive pricing helped us cut some of the previous expenses to solve tax obligations
- Was a bit hard to understand how all the features work
- Had to schedule a demo with the support team for the full understanding of everything
