Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As I mentioned earlier, [Lucidchart] is very user friendly. Even when it was only my first time to use it, I did not find it difficult to use at all. Thus, this will help anyone and everyone to immediately make use of this tool without getting confused at how or where to start.
Lucidchart is user friendly which is perfect for people who are new to creating charts/diagrams/process flows. It greatly helped me when our department started to streamline our Recruiting processes which aims not just to help improve our department, but the whole organization as a whole. It will greatly help you see how different departments interact and our corresponding accountabilities for us to achieve our common goal.

  • We are targeting to improve Productivity and Efficiency.
The workflows that I created for our organization will still be presented to our top executive management, but it is already a huge step for our department to come up with such. With the help of Lucidchart, we were able to effectively streamline the different process flows in our department.
The only reason I am giving it an 8 is because I have not actually the Support Team for Lucidchart. But with the type of product that they have brilliantly created, I am pretty confident that I will also get a superb Customer Service should I will be needing assistance in the future.

Creation of process and work flows using Lucidchart is well suited. So far, that is the only feature that I have used but I am looking forward to explore the other available options. This tool is indeed very handy for any organization to use, thus I am highly recommending this.
