Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I am a management consultant, and I use LucidChart when trying to help my clients visualize processes within their company. Specifically, I use it to show the steps, love points, and pain points within the sales process for customers. It helps uncover the easy fixes, as well as the long-term goals for improving customer and team member experience during the sales cycle.
- Lucidchart is extremely user-friendly. It took me ~15 minutes of playing around with the program to feel comfortable building out a process flow. I'm sure there are many more features to learn, but I was able to quickly pull together a simple flow.
- Lucidchart makes it very easy to add multiple layers, which helps greatly during presentations to different audiences.
- Lucidchart is extremely easy to share work across team members and work together to complete a deliverable.
- Lucidchart isn't used as commonly across companies, so I sometimes receive push back that the program isn't standard within my client's company.
- Improved client satisfaction.
- Improved visualization of processes.
