Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Some of the features and ease of use that are available in Microsoft Visio are not found in LucidChart.
To create workflows, business flows and datamodels.

We use Atlassian and we are able to incorporate LucidCharts as part of the story definition and grooming.
LucidChart CS is able to support the issues raised in a timely manner.
