Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Strong marks for being very intuitive. I was up and running after a few hours of tinkering and didn't require any assistance from the tutorial videos.
Our CX team has recently begun using Lucidchart for our customer journey mapping sessions. I know other departments within the organization utilize it as well, but I'm not familiar in what capacity.

In the short amount of time we've utilized it, we found it to be immediately useful in visualizing complex journey maps, making it easier to communicate proposals for change to a broader audience.
  • There's a learning curve, but overall it's rather intuitive. I felt confident in building out customer journey maps on Lucidchart after only a few hours of tinkering.
  • It's aesthetically pleasing.
  • Makes collaborating with others very easy.
  • I wish there were more customization options. I've used UXPressia before does offer more in that regard. The options provided via that platform lends itself to be a bit better for presentations.
  • We are still in the midst of our first real project where we've utilized Lucidchart, but from a collaborative standpoint, the positives were really immediate.
We haven't utilized any of the integrations available yet.
We haven't required any assistance from the CX team at Lucidchart.

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

I'd choose Lucidchart over Miro any day. Specifically for customer journey mapping, UXPressia edges a head ever so slightly due to the level of customization they provide. I do however like that Lucidchart can be used for more than just CJMs.
I've only used it for customer journey mapping so far, but I would highly recommend it for that purpose.
