Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart's browser-based state makes Lucidchart simple to use from just about everywhere.
Lucidchart is the primary diagramming tool of choice used in my company for visualizing team processes and strategy using process maps, charts, etc.
It is our go-to diagramming program due to its ease of use, simple drag and drop functionality and most importantly because it is browser based, thus making it the convenient diagramming tool to use from just about anywhere.
  • Integrations - For me, this is one of the strongest sides to my Lucidchart experience. Lucidchart integrates smoothly with my favorite applications at work such as Slack and OneDrive.
  • Usability - This is for me Lucidchart strongest point. Unlike many other substitute programs, Lucidchart is completely browser based. No software installation or restrictions to specific operating systems.
  • Collaboration - Lucidchart is the king of collaboration , when it comes to diagramming software tools. Its collaboration capability ensures I can work in tandem with my team mates to create dynamic process and work flows quickly and with real-time feedback from everyone.
  • Lucidchart is limited in the aspect of a broad template library. This is for me, Lucidchart's greatest limitation.
  • Better collaboration during remote brainstorming sessions, using diagrams and illustrations.
  • With my use of Lucidchart, I think I have been able to drive operational efficiency through process maps and charts.
Slack is one of the main tools used by all departments in my company for collaboration purposes. Courtesy of Lucidchart's integration with Slack, I have been able to create new diagramming projects using Slack shortcut, just like my teammates are able to preview my Lucidchart diagrams from within the Slack interface.
The greatest support a software provider can provide users like myself is good usability and Lucidchart does this well. More importantly, I have conveniently found answers to all Lucidchart challenges by relying on its blog and resource centre.

Lucidchart is perfectly appropriate for team-based diagramming which involves multiple users collaborating from different locations.

Lucidchart provides ideal visibility, control and security of my data on the Lucidchart platform. It also doesn’t retain ownership for anything created using the Lucidchart interface. This is very important to me as a professional.
